Gift Cards

If you would like to have a gift card mailed to someone as a gift, or sent directly to you, we would be happy to do this for you! Please call the spa at: 631-206-3739 and speak with a customer service representative. Gift cards are available in any denomination and can be used for spa services, medical spa services, fitness, or retail. We will package your gift card and mail it out via US Mail at no additional charge, or send it via Federal Express for a small fee.

3. Select one of our attractive gift card designs.
4. Who are you sending it to?
Enter the recipent's full name.

Enter the sender and recipent's full name as you would like them to appear on the card amd the email.

5. Include a Message (max characters - 150)
Customize the gift certificate with an optional personalized message.
6. Save, Preview and Approve
Save your changes to the Gift certificate by clicking the 'Save Changes' button below. A preview will be available after saving your changes.
You can edit any of the text on the form and click 'Save Changes' again to create a new preview of your changes.
  
7. Approve Gift Certificate
When you are happy with the look of your gift certificate, click the 'NEXT' button below.
